"HUMAN RACE". AUGUST 1st. 10 KM RUN IN FORT COLLINS, CO

Although the comparative results look quite good, I was not happy at all with my time: 51 min. It was 3 minutes more than my last 1o km run.
These are the race results, comparing with all the other runners:

• 2nd place in my age and gender category
• 10th place overall females (103 female runners)
• 40th overall (145 runners, female + males)

I am not feeling very confortable lately. My runs feel harder.

YES!!! NO MORE BULLFIGHTING IN CATALUNYA

Bullfighting is forbidden in Catalunya, Spain. Animal cruelty is not cultute.

The Canary Islands did it forst and now us.

CELEBRATING 40 IN VEGAS...talk about fake places!

I wanted to break the routine and go cellebrate with my honey, my 40th BD in Las Vegas, Nevada. If you don't plan on gambling your money away, the deals for hotel + air fare are quite unexpensive: $250 for 4 night stay, plus air fare. I had a great time, with good company and awesome "people watch".

Las Vegas is like a huge, giant theatre set. Nothing is real. It is the paradise of fake boobs, fake lips, pretentious people, rich people, abundance, "pay per sex" in all forms and colors, enormous drinks in hands of fat humans, who really don't need, or should put another empty calorie in their extreme endomorphic bodies.

Despite all the fakeness, and negatitivity of the place, one can work around that, take it for what it is, and enjoy the moment, carpe diem!...especially when having the company of a fun, nice and alive man. Thanks for a fun trip Keith!

I think I am glad that What happens in Vegas, stays in Vegas...We don´t want it out of there!

Volia trencar la rutina i anar a cel-lebrar el meu 40è cumpleanys a Las Vegas, Nevada, amb maromo inclós. Si un no te pensat arruïnar la seva economia malgastant els diners en el jocs d'atzar, les ofertes de paquets de viatge son molt econòmiques: 200 euros per 4 nits d´hotel i avio inclós. M´ho vaig passar molt bé, amb companyia genial i els ulls entretinguts amb totala variació d´humans que es passejaven pels voltants. Las Vegas és com un immnens decorat de teatre. Tot es ficció. És el paradís dels pits de silicona, els llavis inflats, la gent pujada de fums, l´abundància, els diners, el despilfarro, la compra de sexe en totes les seves formes i colors, les begudes enormes en les mans de cossos endomòrfics, que no necessiten ingerir ni una sola més caloria. A pesar de tota la negativitat del lloc. un pot veura l'altre cara de la moneda, acceptar el moment, carpe diem!...especialment quan una té la sort de gaudir de la companyia d'un home divertit, amable, i ple de vida. Gràcies Keith per gaudir amb mi.

En anglés tenen una dita sobre Las Vegas: ¨What happens in Vegas, stays in Vegas!¨ )El que passi a Vegas, es queda a Vegas¨)... i jo m'en alegro que sigui així, que es quedi tot allà.
