The future W Hotel, floor 27, in Barcelona shows a new angle of the city...Hmm! Yes, it is a different and beautiful perspective of our city, but my question is: Why this big American hotel company, or any other, is allowed to build right on the coast line??? Am I allowed to build next to it?
